Job summary

Golden Grail Group is seeking a Sales & Brand Representative to drive field-based sales across a multi-brand cannabis portfolio. This role focuses on dispensary visits, education, and account growth while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Distribution teams.

The position requires building strong relationships with retailers, managing territory plans, and ensuring brand standards and promotions are executed. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in territory sales or cannabis sales and brand representation.
• Strong knowledge of Oregon’s cannabis retail market.
• Ability to convert field activity into placements and growth.
• Excellent presentation skills for buyers and budtenders.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience with Distru, LeafLink, METRC or similar platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to frequent travel.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts with a field schedule focused on dispensary visits and sales growth.
• Build relationships with retail buyers, store managers, and budtenders.
• Prospect new accounts and drive product placement and reorder growth.
• Represent brand portfolios with clear positioning and value to partners.
• Conduct product knowledge sessions and staff trainings.
• Monitor shelf presence, pricing, promotions, and brand standards.
• Coordinate with production/distribution to align commitments with inventory.
