Job summary

Common Citizen is seeking a Field Marketing Representative for the West Region to drive wholesale cannabis sales to licensed dispensaries. You will build relationships with dispensary buyers, budtenders, and end customers while promoting the brand and educating staff on product features.

You will represent the brand at events, coordinate with marketing and retail teams, gather market insights, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cannabis, alcohol, beverage, or CPG industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close wholesale cannabis sales with dispensaries across the assigned region.
• Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support.
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM tools.
• Serve as the face of the brand at dispensary events, vendor days, product demos, and community activations.
• Educate dispensary staff on product features, benefits, and brand story to ensure accurate promotion.
• Coordinate with Retail team to maximize SKU utilization across the company.
