Job summary

Ascend Wellness Holdings is seeking a Brand & Integrated Marketing Manager in New Jersey to steward the brand portfolio and translate strategy into high‑quality execution. You will own the integrated calendar, launches, brand training and cross‑functional coordination across Marketing, Retail, Wholesale, Loyalty/CRM, and Commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in brand or integrated marketing, cannabis industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple launches and campaigns with sharp execution.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and relationship skills; able to influence and drive results.
• Experience with NPD, commercialization and go-to-market planning.
• Knowledge of paid media, CRM, eCommerce and retail marketing; ability to integrate channels.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day brand stewardship translating strategy into priorities and plans.
• Build and manage integrated marketing calendar across campaigns and launches.
• Lead product launches from brief through execution with clear objectives and timing.
• Serve as the day-to-day connector across marketing and XF partners.
• Own launch readiness for NPD/commercialization and manage risks.
• Develop and maintain brand training materials for Retail, Wholesale and partners.
• Ensure assets and campaigns meet brand standards before deployment.
• Partner with Performance Marketing on paid media and activation.
• Use insights to identify opportunities and translate into action.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing to translate brand strategy into programs.
