Hashery LLC, a New Jersey cannabis dispensary, is seeking a Marketing Manager to own in-store and digital marketing for the Fairfield location. This hands-on, in-office role focuses on driving traffic, sales, and customer engagement while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You'll partner with retail leadership to plan promotions, events, and campaigns that elevate the brand. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in brand/media marketing, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with digital tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in brand management, retail, or digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio of brand-building campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (social platforms, Canva/Adobe).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with sales goals and regulatory requirements.
• Plan promotional calendars tied to product launches and holidays.
• Coordinate campaign timelines from concept to execution.
• Own in-store marketing initiatives, promotions, and vendor activations.
