Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store services, including event demos and trainings at client dispensaries.
• Develop understanding of product line to communicate benefits to staff and consumers.
• Capture video and photo content at events for social presence.
• Drive product sales during demos through education of budtenders and customers.
• Oversee visual merchandising and product placement in dispensaries.
• Lead budtender training sessions and administer assessments as needed.
• Process invoices, track accruals, and prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Monitor store traffic and gather market intelligence to inform strategies.
• Plan and execute events aligned with brand objectives and marketing calendars.
• Ensure marketing materials are up to date and available.
