• Drive product sales during demos through direct education.
• Oversee visual merchandising and product placement.
• Lead budtender trainings and administer assessments as needed.
• Process invoices, track accruals, and prepare monthly reports.
• Monitor store traffic, gather market feedback to inform strategies.
• Plan and execute events aligned with brand objectives.
• Ensure marketing materials are current and available.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to fulfill promotional requests.
