Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Field Marketing to drive brand awareness, build relationships with key dispensary accounts, and support the sales team to meet goals across the assigned territory. This role requires educating budtenders and consumers on product benefits, promoting brand visibility through events, and ensuring flawless execution of merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or event promotions.
• 1+ years in a public-facing event role.
• 1+ years in the legal cannabis industry, with event experience preferred.
• At least 1 year in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store services, including demos and trainings.
• Educate budtenders and consumers on product benefits.
• Capture high-quality video and photo content at events.
• Drive product sales during demos through education of budtenders and customers.
• Oversee visual merchandising and product placement in dispensaries.
• Lead budtender training sessions and administer assessments.
• Process invoices, track accruals, and prepare monthly reports.
• Monitor store traffic, collect feedback, and gather market intel.
• Plan and execute events aligned with brand objectives.
• Ensure marketing materials are up to date and available.
