Dank By Definition is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to represent our New York cannabis brand at dispensary pop-ups, vendor days, trade shows, and events across New York State.

As the face of the brand, you will educate consumers and dispensary staff, engage with attendees, and support retail partners to drive product awareness and sales. The role offers flexible event-based scheduling, paid training, and growth opportunities in a growing industry.

Competenze

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout New York State as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with large groups and individual customers.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, promotions, nightlife, brand ambassadorship, or cannabis is preferred but not required.
• Active social media presence and comfort creating content is a plus.
• Passion for cannabis and willingness to learn about products and industry trends.

Mansioni

• Represent Dank By Definition professionally at dispensaries, vendor days, pop-ups, festivals, trade shows, and special events.
• Educate consumers about products, strains, formats, and brand offerings while remaining compliant with NY regulations.
• Support dispensary partners by helping increase product awareness and sales during events.
• Set up and break down promotional displays, signage, and event materials.
• Capture photos and videos from events for use on social media and share approved content.
