Job summary

Wyld is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Columbus, OH to be the frontline representative of the Wyld brand in dispensaries, driving consumer awareness, supporting sell-through, and strengthening relationships at the store level.

This field-based role executes in-store activations, educates budtenders and consumers on product benefits, and provides real-time market insights to the sales team while maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Must be energetic, self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be flexible with hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• In-store activation and execution: identify and secure demo opportunities with dispensaries; plan engaging activations; ensure strong in-store presence.
• Consumer engagement and education: represent the brand professionally; educate on product benefits and usage; build brand loyalty.
• Budtender relationship development: maintain relationships with budtenders; provide product education and support to drive sales.
• Sales support & market feedback: work with account managers; capture event performance and market insights; relay opportunities and challenges.
• Brand representation & compliance: maintain professional, compliant presence; ensure activations align with policies and regulations.
