Job summary

Wyldcanna is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent the brand in Ohio dispensaries, driving consumer awareness, supporting sell-through, and strengthening store-level relationships.

This field-based role executes in-store activations, educates budtenders and consumers, and provides real-time market insights to the sales team. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must meet all legal requirements to work in the cannabis industry in your state.

Responsibilities

• In-store activation and execution: identify and secure demo opportunities, plan engaging activations, ensure strong in-store presence.
• Consumer engagement and education: educate consumers on product benefits and brand positioning to influence purchasing decisions.
• Budtender relationship development: build relationships, provide ongoing product education and support to drive sell-through.
• Sales support and market feedback: report event performance and market insights to help sales execution.
• Brand representation and compliance: maintain a polished, compliant presence across touchpoints.
