Job summary

Wyld seeks a Brand Ambassador to represent the brand at dispensaries, driving consumer awareness, supporting sell-through, and building store-level relationships. This field-based role executes in-store activations, educates budtenders and customers, and provides market insights to the sales team.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, with strong influencing skills and a passion for cannabis culture. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in brand ambassadorship, field marketing, or retail sales (cannabis industry preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with a passion for cannabis culture and education.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must meet all legal requirements to work in the cannabis industry in your state.
• Basic PC / Microsoft Office skills; experience with Google Apps and CRM software is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure in-store demo and event opportunities with dispensaries and the sales team.
• Plan and execute compliant activations that drive consumer trial and brand awareness.
• Ensure strong in-store presence and visibility aligned with brand standards.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and product knowledge to educate consumers.
• Build and maintain relationships with budtenders and dispensary staff.
• Capture event performance and market insights for sales optimization.
• Support account priorities and provide feedback to improve execution.
• Maintain compliant brand representation and adhere to regulatory requirements.
