Job summary

Dogtopia in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an energetic Rover to support dog daycare operations and cross-train as a Canine Coach & Pet Parent Coordinator. You will greet Pet Parents, check dogs in and out, and answer questions while ensuring safety and exceptional service.

The role offers growth through training and the chance to bring your own dog to work after completion of training. You will be involved in playroom supervision, front-desk duties, dog evaluations, and promoting our memberships,

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
3–6 months in a high-volume animal care setting preferred.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
Franchise experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet customers who walk in or out and answer questions in person or over the phone.
Check pups in and out of daycare and share information about packages and memberships.
Conduct dog evaluations and help ensure safety and superior customer service.
Assist in multiple areas of the business, from playrooms to the front desk.
Supervise and support team, promoting teamwork and positive energy.
Communicate with Pet Parents and maintain a friendly, engaging environment.
