Qualifications

• Minimum three years of agricultural harvesting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise a harvesting crew and coordinate field activities.
• Knowledge of safety policies and environmental health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Enforce EHS and company policies; ensure compliance and safety.
• Coordinate safety meetings and harvest scheduling.
• Supervise daily activity plans and communicate with team members.
• Maintain equipment with shop team; oversee maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare time or payroll reports and ensure accurate records.
