Job summary

Florida Crystals is seeking a front line supervisor for a sugar cane harvesting unit. You will supervise the harvesting crew, coordinate daily activity plans, and ensure safety compliance while working outdoors.

The role requires at least three years of agricultural harvesting experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication and time-management skills. CDL preferred for equipment operation.

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Good time management and ability to prioritize workload.
• Ability to read, analyze and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise harvesting crew and coordinate daily activity plans.
• Manage farm equipment maintenance in collaboration with the shop team.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and coordinate safety meetings.
• Prepare and maintain time or payroll reports.
• Communicate with managers and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
