Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year proven, results-driven retail store manager experience is helpful.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to achieve them.
• Hire, train, develop and motivate team members with strong succession planning.
• Lead excellent customer service through coaching and feedback to improve service quality.
• Maximize sales through product knowledge and coaching selling skills.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking and counts.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Protect store assets by enforcing policies and safe procedures, and handle financial transactions per policy.
• Maintain payroll and timekeeping records and ensure clear store communications.
• Develop marketing opportunities and partner with mall management on events.
