You will recruit, train and coach staff, set schedules, monitor expenses and payroll, enforce policies, and maintain merchandising standards. Weekend/holiday availability is required; pay is $28.78 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to develop, motivate, train and coach employees.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, cash handling and merchandising skills.
• Ability to follow, implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Strong work performance and sales-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to grow the business by pursuing sales opportunities and building a sales-oriented team.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and manage change.
• Physical ability to perform essential tasks (packing candy, stocking, ringing up, standing/walking, lifting up to 25 pounds).
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Internal applicants must be in good standing.

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales goals.
• Communicate and implement company direction, policies, and programs.
• Delegate tasks, ensure team compliance, and provide necessary follow-up.

• Train and develop team members on company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to the team.
• Drive recruitment, selection, and recommendation of qualified candidates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ethical standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary goals.
• Manage cash handling, asset protection, and banking procedures.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records and approve weekly payroll.
• Ensure compliance with wage and break laws.
• Implement weekly schedules with District Sales Managers.
• Manage paperwork to meet deadlines (banking, new hires, inventory).
• Other duties as assigned.
