Job summary

Oglebay is seeking a part-time Farmhouse Sweets & Treats Shop Attendant at the Farmhouse Sweets & Treats shop in Wheeling, WV. You will greet guests, assist with candy, bulk chocolate, treats, and merchandise, and ensure a welcoming, clean, and well-stocked shop.

You will operate the POS system, handle cash and returns, stock shelves, and provide product information while promoting resort activities and events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in helping guests.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn product information and confidently make recommendations to guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner.
• Assist guests with candy, sweets, treats, gifts, and merchandise.
• Operate the POS system; process sales, exchanges, and returns.
• Stock, replenish, and rotate items; maintain clean, organized displays.
• Provide knowledgeable information about products and resort offerings.
