Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience required.
• 3+ years in food manufacturing production desired.
• Willingness to work varying shifts including nights, weekends & holidays.
• Basic quantitative and analytical skills desired.
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Detail oriented with strong multitasking ability.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily production schedule across areas as a process owner to meet customer needs.
• Manage all process/operational checks and enter data into daily reporting systems.
• Lead and manage multiple lines to achieve performance metrics.
• Train Line Operator II personnel to improve team performance.
• Coach and develop new and existing employees.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Maintain safety, quality, and cost productivity; ensure actions of training and compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
