Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to five years’ experience supervising a union workforce.
• Food manufacturing background with GMP and food safety experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant education can offset experience.
• Strong numerical and PC skills; experience with scheduling systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise production staff and forepersons, managing performance.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust inventory and production schedules using ERP systems.
• Ensure quality of candy production and packaging to company standards.
• Drive safety, GMP compliance, and housekeeping across the department.
