Job summary

Adecco is hiring for Production/Packaging Associates on the 3rd shift to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Indiana. You will package and inspect candy and vitamin products, set up and operate production equipment, and ensure accurate labeling and palletization of finished goods.

We value meticulous operators who can follow safety and quality procedures, stand for long periods, and work well both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow safety and production procedures.

Responsibilities

• Package and inspect candy/vitamin products.
• Operate and set up production equipment.
• Label, palletize, and move finished products.
• Maintain quality, safety, and food manufacturing standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
