See's Candies in Los Angeles, CA, seeks an experienced production supervisor to lead the production staff, ensure candy is produced and packed to exacting standards, and manage scheduling to keep packing departments supplied. Night shift and weekend hours may be required during peak season.

The total compensation starts at $80,000–$90,000 per year, with adjustments based on market, knowledge, and experience, plus generous benefits including medical, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising a union workforce in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs and food safety practices.
• Proven ability to manage schedules and inventories.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise production staff, train forepersons, and manage performance per union contract.
• Develop, implement, and monitor inventory and schedules; input schedules in ROSs system.
• Oversee operations and quality of product and packaging; ensure safety standards.
• Support Kronos/timekeeping and recordkeeping as required.
• Drive safety, GMP compliance, and departmental cost goals.
