Customer Service:

Promptly, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials.

Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to dietary restrictions and preferences.

Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently, checking for guest satisfaction throughout the meal.

Menu Knowledge:

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.

Upsell and recommend additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, and beverages, to enhance the dining experience.

Table Maintenance:

Ensure tables are set and ready for guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service.

Refill drinks, clear empty plates, and maintain a tidy dining area during service.

• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service and address guest needs.
