Brown University Health is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives strengthening the clinical research portfolio and its supporting infrastructure. You will design governance, implementation plans, performance measures and change-management strategies for complex research programs across study start-up, regulatory operations, and budgeting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with investigators, research nursing, finance, contracting, IT, and regulatory staff to deliver

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, clinical research, nursing, life sciences or related field required.
• Master’s degree in related fields preferred; PM certification preferred.
• Clinical research certification (ACRP or SOCRA) preferred.
• 7–10 years in healthcare/clinical research leadership with cross-functional oversight.

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives with measurable operating plans.
• Lead portfolio of complex initiatives improving activation, quality, compliance, financial performance, and service to investigators.
• Design governance charters, decision rights, workplans and reporting; establish KPIs for study start-up, budgeting, and billing readiness.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across research, finance, contracting, IT, and regulatory functions.
• Develop change-management, training, and adoption plans; create dashboards and SOPs for varied audiences.
