Brown University Health is seeking a Project Manager to lead Cancer Research Operations and strengthen the clinical research portfolio and its infrastructure. Qualifications

• Seven to ten years in healthcare or clinical research operations.
• Experience translating strategy into operating models, governance structures, and measurable outcomes.
• Working knowledge of the clinical trial lifecycle and regulatory processes.
• Experience with clinical research regulations, IRB processes, sponsor requirements, and compliance controls.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor project staff and build collaborative teams.
• Strong analytical skills and experience developing performance measures and forecasts.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and measurable operating plans.
• Lead portfolio of initiatives to improve activation, quality, compliance, financial performance, and service to investigators.
• Design project and portfolio governance, including charters, decision rights, milestones, and reporting.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for study start-up, budgeting, billing readiness, and reconciliations.
• Lead process-improvement efforts to reduce handoffs, cycle time, and variation while preserving controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with investigators, clinical staff, finance, IT, and other partners.
• Support governance and optimization of research systems and integrations, including TMS and reporting platforms.
• Collaborate on protocol budgets, sponsor negotiations, cost allocation, and revenue-cycle workflows.
• Ensure adherence to federal regulations, GCP, IRB, and sponsor obligations.
• Develop change-management, communication, training, and adoption plans; prepare dashboards and SOPs.
• Use data to identify performance gaps and opportunities to improve access to cancer clinical trials.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary working groups and manage risks.
• Evaluate operational and financial impact of initiatives; support business cases and staffing models.
• Provide leadership and coaching to project staff and SMEs.
• Maintain productive relationships with Brown University Health, sponsors, vendors, and partners.
