Job summary

Brown University Health seeks a Clinical Trial Program Manager to oversee initiation and execution of clinical trials in compliance with regulatory standards and SOPs. You will coordinate with sponsors, CROs, IRBs, and internal teams to ensure activation readiness and study progress.

You will mentor a team of research nurses and coordinators, manage budgets and contracts, and provide ongoing process improvements while ensuring timely regulatory submissions and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and industry standards (ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA).
• Experience with study start-up activities, regulatory submissions, contract negotiation, and site activation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical trials from site identification to activation and start-up.
• Lead budgets, contracts, regulatory submissions, and vendor management.
• Mentor and supervise study nurses, coordinators, and assistants; ensure alignment with goals.
