Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field; MLS/CLS/HTL preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership of laboratory personnel and operations.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee three Cancer Center laboratory locations, including startup planning for new sites.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop laboratory staff; manage staffing and performance.
• Ensure regulatory, quality, and CAP accreditation readiness across locations.
