We are seeking a Laboratory Manager, Cancer Clinics to lead laboratory operations across our growing Cancer Center network. This newly created leadership role presents a unique opportunity to oversee existing operations at the Emily Couric Cancer Center while helping launch and operationalize two new cancer clinic laboratories in Fishersville and Pantops.

The Laboratory Manager will provide operational leadership and oversight for laboratory services across three Cancer Center laboratory locations, including:
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Laboratories, this leader will oversee all laboratory activities, personnel, quality initiatives, and operational performance across the Cancer Center laboratory network.
The successful candidate will work closely with laboratory and clinical leaders to ensure exceptional service delivery, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree with completion of a NAACLS approved MLS/CLS/HTL or equivalent program.
2 years of increasing supervisory, managerial and/or leadership experience in a complex health environment required, 4 years preferred.
MLS/CLS, CT, HTL, ASCP or equivalent. May require a valid Virginia Driver’s License.
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
The pay range for this role is $93,142.40 - $162,195.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
