Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year's experience in healthcare preferred.
• Excellent computer abilities.
• Excellent written, oral communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and administering check-in and registration.
• Answers multi-line phone and triages calls.
• Scheduling appointments and procedures for exams and procedures.
• Performs clerical and secretarial tasks to support the department.
