Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• BSN within 5 years for existing employees in role.
• 2+ years RN experience in a clinical setting.
• Licensed Registered Nurse with multi-state eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow, triage and direct patient care.
• Liaison between front desk, nursing staff, physicians and clinic manager.
• Coordinate care with providers to set patient goals and outcomes.
• Provide nursing support to optimize patient outcomes and education.
