Canadian Sales Manager

Tactacam, a rapidly growing outdoor products and technology company with over 600,000 active customers worldwide, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Canadian Sales Manager. This role involves leading our growth across Canada through strategic sales initiatives, managing dealer and distributor relationships, and executing tailored go-to-market strategies for the Canadian outdoor enthusiast market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in Canada.
  2. Identify and onboard new retail partners, distributors, and key accounts.
  3. Manage and expand existing customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and sales performance.
  4. Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and product launches in Canada.
  5. Provide sales forecasts, market intelligence, and insights on competitors.
  6. Represent Tactacam at trade shows, dealer events, and industry functions across Canada.
  7. Ensure all sales activities align with company goals, brand standards, and compliance.
  8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Proven success in sales management, preferably in outdoor products, electronics, or sporting goods.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years managing the Canadian market.
  • Strong network within the Canadian outdoor or sporting retail industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently remotely.
  • Based in Canada and legally eligible to work there.
  • Willing to travel regularly within Canada.
