Kontoor Brands is seeking a payroll and benefits analyst to manage Canada payroll and benefits, ensure compliance, and implement improvements across systems including Workday. This role combines wage calculations, with a focus on accuracy and policy adherence for US and Canada markets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Canada payroll and 2+ years of benefits experience, strong Excel skills, and HRIS/Workday proficiency to drive process improvements and vendor collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR or related/analytical field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of Canada payroll experience and 2+ years of benefits experience.
• Analytical mindset with HR/finance knowledge and strong Excel; HRIS/payroll system proficiency (Workday required).
• Compliance knowledge of federal/state payroll laws and benefits regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process employee wages with complex calculations (commissions, overtime, bonuses, disability).
• Manage tax withholdings, deductions and garnishments; audit payroll for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain payroll records and prepare reports (year-end forms).
• Administer and optimize US/Canada benefits and welfare programs.
