As the first marketer in Canada, you will shape how Canadian businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt ElevenLabs. You’ll build repeatable marketing engines that position ElevenLabs as the top choice for enterprises evaluating

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth tech company with proven B2B demand generation.
• Deep knowledge of the Canadian market, enterprise buyers, media landscape and business culture.
• Ability to work with minimal process; this role spans multiple marketing functions as the first marketer in the market.
• Relentless commitment to excellence—high quality, clarity, and impact.
• Curious about AI with strong judgment on what makes marketing stand out.

Responsibilities

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across Canada’s priority industries from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement.
• Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound.
• Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Canada market, feeding local insights back to the global team.
• Partner with local sales and the global product marketing, growth, and design teams to keep messaging consistent and execute high-impact campaigns.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance for the market, using data to measure results and improve what works.
