Tree House Brewing Company in Charlton, MA is seeking a Can Printing Technician to assist production operations. You will help ensure labels and designs are applied, support the can printer, and monitor line performance.

This full-time role requires 1-2 years in prepress or related operations, color matching skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. You should be able to lift and operate equipment and work some weekends with notice.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in prepress operations or a relevant, transferable operation
• Ability to accurately match colors on screen to printed output
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find solutions to printing challenges
• Must be able to perform duties in both stationary and operational settings
• Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously and learn quickly
• Ability to multitask and work under time-sensitive conditions

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and assisting with the maintenance of the digital can printer equipment
• Feed production lines and ensure they are running smoothly
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
• Troubleshooting malfunctions with maintenance department
• Capture production and waste data to improve processes
• Identifying and correcting deficiencies
• Maintaining output schedules as established by the Senior Director of Production Operations
