Envases Commerce, LLC in Waco, TX operates a high-speed can manufacturing line and seeks a Production Technician to support front/end, chemical/washer, or back end zones. You will run, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment in a 24/7 environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in manufacturing, and comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs. 12-hour rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work any shift in a 24/7/365 environment.
• Preferred: experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.

Mansioni

• Operate and monitor high-speed machinery to ensure throughput.
• Clear jams and restart equipment to minimize downtime.
• Replenish production materials (aluminum coils, inks, coatings, packaging).
• Monitor performance indicators and adjust to maintain flow.
• Perform basic maintenance and keep a tidy 5S workspace.
• Assist Maintenance Technicians during major overhauls or repairs.
• Follow safety protocols (LOTO, PPE) and report hazards.
• Document production data and quality test results.
