Job summary

Envases Commerce, LLC is seeking a Production Technician for our Waco, TX facility. The role operates high-speed can-making equipment, meets hourly production targets, and troubleshoots to keep lines running in a 24/7 environment.

You must have a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in manufacturing, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work rotating shifts including nights and overtime. Training will cover safety, quality, and equipment operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working around large, high-speed automated machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours).
• Willingness to work any shift in a 24/7/365 continuous manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed machinery to ensure throughput.
• Clear equipment jams and perform rapid restarts to minimize downtime.
• Replenish production materials and supplies.
• Monitor performance indicators and make minor mechanical adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area per 5S standards.
• Assist maintenance during major overhauls and repairs.
• Follow safety protocols including LOTO and PPE usage.
