Job summary

EY in Dallas is seeking an FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager based in our US Service Delivery Center. You will lead design, build, test, and deployment of technology solutions and manage evolving client projects.

You will model BPMN workflows, automate processes with DMN, integrate enterprise apps, and deliver scalable, automated business solutions. This fast-paced role requires Camunda BPM experience, Java/Spring Boot expertise, and comfort with cloud, microservices, and agile ways of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in enterprise software development with exposure to Camunda BPM or workflow automation platforms.
• Experience developing workflow automation solutions using Camunda BPM, BPMN 2.0, or similar workflow technologies.
• Experience developing Java and Spring Boot services supporting business process automation.
• Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and relational databases.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
• Experience with unit and integration testing concepts.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• The goal is to help clients solve complex business problems through workflow automation solutions.
• Analyze business requirements, model and implement BPMN workflows, automate decision processes using DMN, integrate enterprise applications, and deliver scalable, reliable, and highly automated business solutions.
• Lead design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions within project teams.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business processes into executable workflow solutions.
