Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one year of experience in the area of assignment.
• Experience managing teams of varying sizes.
• Experience in environmental services or facility operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• APPA, IFMA, or BOMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and assign work to Environmental Services Technicians.
• Lead team meetings, safety briefings, and approve timesheets and leave requests.
• Develop cleaning schedules and service plans for classrooms, labs, dining, and research areas.
• Allocate staffing, materials, and equipment to maximize service quality and cost effectiveness.
• Conduct routine quality inspections and report results to leadership.
