Job summary

University of North Dakota seeks a Health & Wellness Peer Educator to engage students through presentations, programs, and outreach initiatives. The role emphasizes leadership, ethical conduct, and role-model behavior in health and wellness topics across campus.

This is a part-time, non-benefited position limited to UND students. Evening and weekend hours are required, and training will be provided, including the Certified Peer Educator course and a background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Certification in CPR/First Aid/AED or ability to obtain within 2 weeks of hire
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
• Must be able to work evening and weekend hours

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and assess health and wellness programs for UND students
• Facilitate presentations and workshops on campus
• Attend required meetings and trainings
• Support major Health & Wellness events and initiatives
• Complete Certified Peer Educator course
