Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services invites a Campus Dining Dietitian to lead health and wellness initiatives across college dining programs. You will collaborate with culinary, marketing, leadership, and campus groups to enhance student experiences through nutrition-focused events and services.

The role emphasizes education, nutrition consultations, and compliance with labeling and safety standards while supporting meal plan choices and accessibility for students and staff on campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics and RD credential.
• ServSafe certification preferred; experience in higher education or food service preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to conduct training, seminars and presentations.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups.
• This is an on-site role with occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Supports health and wellness platforms and program implementation (tabling events, demos, health fairs, etc.).
• Helps students choose meal plans based on dietary needs and housing location.
• May use nutrition software to analyze ingredients for labeling compliance.
• Assist culinary staff in accommodating dietary restrictions and special diets.
• Ensure compliance with food allergy and safety policies through training and audits.
• Collaborate with campus services for registrations and accommodations.
