Job summary

Aramark on campus is seeking a Nutrition Intern to assist the Registered Dietitian with events across campus, help plan and execute nutrition programming, and support menu updates in dining halls. This role is ideal for a nutrition student in any track, with prior experience not strictly required.

Qualifications

• Interest in pursuing work in the nutrition field.
• Previous relevant working experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain a friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward students, clients, and co-workers.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan campus nutrition events with the RD and other interns.
• Assist in updating menus throughout dining halls.
• Support nutrient analysis for all food items served.
• Conduct audits at campus dining locations on a regular basis.
• Develop nutrition-based content ideas for food articles in publications.
• Support RD in educating students regarding healthy food choices through campus outreach programs.
• Assist in executing nutrition events.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor toward guests and co-workers.
• Safeguard company assets.
