Job summary

OSU Institute of Technology - Okmulgee seeks a Sports and Wellness Coordinator to plan, market, implement and evaluate recreational, wellness, social, cultural and civic activities for students.

Working with the Student Life team and campus partners, you will coordinate a variety of special events and contribute to orientation and retention for students living on and off campus in a rural campus community. Evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Proven history of ethical, professional behavior.
• Experience in student leadership, clubs, volunteering, mentoring or civic activities relevant to duties.

Responsibilities

• Plan, market, implement and evaluate recreational, wellness, social and civic activities for students.
• Coordinate a variety of campus events in coordination with the Student Life team and campus partners.
• Contribute to orientation and retention efforts for residential and commuter students.
• Collaborate with campus and community partners to support student life initiatives.
