Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Self-starter with a desire for teamwork.
• Proficiency with Word applications and Email.
• Proficiency with web applications (Snap Engage).
• Basic website development skills a plus.
• Ability to type 45+ words per minute is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for Fuller and a diverse prospective student body.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a hospitable environment by providing exceptional customer service by establishing the 'first-face' of Fuller.
• Respond to in-person, email, telephone, Snap Engage Chat, online, and mail inquiries.
• Assist customers navigate Admissions, Registrar and Advising offices.
• Advise a diverse group of prospective students regarding programs and degrees.
• Input data into SRM, Google Calendars, and manage website content.
• Give campus tours and work campus events as needed.
• Assist with filing, mail, and other duties.
