Job summary

Coastal Carolina University’s Marketing and Communications team seeks a motivated student Multimedia Producer to support storytelling through photography and video. You will capture events, create visuals for news releases, website content, social channels, newsletters, and university publications, while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Enrolled as a full-time student during employment.
Experience with photography and/or videography through coursework, student media, internships, or personal projects.
Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photographs and video content for university communications.
Photograph and record university events and campus activities to tell visual stories.
Create content highlighting student success, faculty achievements, and campus life.
Plan shoots, develop shot lists, coordinate subjects and locations, and prepare equipment.
Edit and post-produce photographs and video for various platforms.
Collaborate with photographers, designers, writers, and team members on projects.
Maintain organized digital assets and assist with equipment upkeep.
