Job summary

CSUMB is seeking a Jr. Multimedia Specialist to contribute to planning, production, editing, and distribution of multimedia content across marketing, recruitment, and institutional storytelling initiatives.

You will focus on professional video production and photography, ensuring adherence to the university Brand Promise and visual identity, while organizing assets in PhotoShelter and other DAM systems. Collaborate with University Communications staff to create compelling visual stories for

Qualifications

Experience editing photography and video for institutional brands.
Familiar with PhotoShelter and digital asset management.
Ability to organize and archive multimedia assets with metadata.
Knowledge of brand standards and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

Edit photography and video produced by university staff and partners.
Perform color correction, color grading, audio cleanup, and final delivery.
Organize, archive, and maintain multimedia assets with metadata.
Coordinate media transfers and production timelines.
Produce video and photography content for websites, social media, and campaigns.
