Barton College in Wilson, NC seeks a full-time Recruitment Events Coordinator to manage campus visits, open houses, virtual events, and on-site admissions activities. You will liaise with faculty, staff, high school counselors, and external vendors, coordinate calendars, and travel as needed to engage prospective students and families.

You will lead the Student Ambassador Program, supervise coordination of events, and contribute to marketing campaigns using Slate CRM and Jenzabar SIS, Word,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Familiarity with Slate CRM and Jenzabar preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Canva is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute campus visits, open houses, virtual events and recruitment activities from start to finish.
• Supervise the Student Ambassador Program.
• Communicate effectively with students and families daily about Barton College and admissions requirements.
• Develop communications to advertise events and assist campaigns.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to plan successful events.
• Travel independently for consecutive nights as needed.
• Maintain events calendar, room reservations and AV/IT requests.
• Build relationships with counselors, consultants, vendors and influencers.
