Job summary

Montclair State University seeks a Coordinator for Campus Visits and Engagement within Undergraduate Admissions/Visit Experience. You will design and run in-person and virtual events to recruit and enroll undergraduate students, collaborate with campus partners, and manage student workers and promotional inventories.

You will also use Slate CRM for communications and reporting, coordinate tours, and analyze data to guide program improvements while promoting campus initiatives to diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in an institution of higher education or related field.
• Spanish language skills are preferred.
• Experience with Slate CRM is preferred.
• Experience coordinating programs for youth or emerging adults is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and execute events to support recruitment and enrollment of undergraduates.
• Utilize Slate CRM to manage event registration, communications, and reporting.
• Manage budgets and liaise with campus partners and vendors for events.
• Counsel prospective students, families, and counselors on Montclair’s offerings and admissions processes.
• Co-manage student workers and oversee inventory of promotional items.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and inform initiatives.
• Coordinate campus tours and external requests, and engage the community through workshops.
