Job summary

Howard Payne University in Brownwood, TX seeks an Admission Events and Campus Visit Coordinator to support Enrollment Services. The role leads campus visit experiences, coordinates with staff, and maintains CRM processes to drive prospective student engagement and enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret information in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare all Campus Visit events for the Office of Admission.
• Coordinate the efforts of the Admission staff with Recruitment and Scheduling visit events throughout the year.
• Serve as contact and point person for campus events sponsored by the Office of Admission.
• Serve as the first initial contact for visitors at the front desk on campus.
• Answer all incoming calls to the university's main line.
• Maintain registration records, materials, invitations, confirmations and follow-up with students.
• Represent the University at Admission Office events.
• Assist with scheduling individual daily visit experiences for prospective students and families.
• Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure robust visit experiences for guests.
• Coordinate and implement office involvement in summer camps on campus.
• Communicate with prospective students via mail and electronic formats and phone work.
• Travel and be away from home approximately 7% of the year.
• Build relationships with students, families, and other guests.
• Represent the University at conferences as assigned.
• Supervise student employees in accordance with policies.
