Job summary

Villanova University is seeking an Information Technology Technician II for Video Event and Learning Spaces. The role focuses on video production, assisting staff with editing projects, and supporting technology in classrooms across campus.

You will shoot video, assist professors, and help staff with related tasks, while delivering customer service and basic clerical duties. You will be trained on professional equipment and editing software (Final Cut Pro).

Qualifications

• Familiar with Microsoft Teams, Google Docs, and Spreadsheets (Excel, Pages, etc)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 including Teams, Outlook, and Excel
• Digital editing experience and proficiency – Final Cut Pro or Premiere
• Proficient in Zoom
• Must be responsible and be able to provide references

Responsibilities

• Support video production and editing projects using Final Cut Pro or Premiere
• Shoot video across campus and assist professors in classrooms
• Assist staff with related projects and provide strong customer service
• Enter tickets, perform data entry and light clerical tasks
