Job summary

ENGIE North America is hiring a Distribution Supervisor to oversee campus utility distribution systems, including steam, chilled water, and domestic water networks. You will lead maintenance teams, manage Maximo-based work orders, and coordinate outages with university partners.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, with 70% outdoor work and a focus on predictive maintenance and budget planning.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in utility distribution, central plant, or infrastructure maintenance.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory/management role.
• Must work onsite daily and have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Knowledge of steam, chilled water, and domestic water systems and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform preventive and predictive maintenance on distribution spaces and equipment.
• Manage CMMS work orders, scheduling, and asset tracking.
• Lead and develop a team of utility distribution technicians.
• Coordinate system shutdowns, tie-ins, and outage support with stakeholders.
• Present engineering/operational analyses and budgets to management.
