Job summary

Clovis Community College is seeking an Academic Tutoring and Coaching Manager to oversee the Tutoring Center and Writing Center, staff tutors, and coordinate coaching programs for CCC students. This on-campus role requires coordinating, staffing, and supervising services that support student success.

The position works full-time, on-site, with typical hours 8:00 am–5:00 pm and occasional evenings/weekends, and offers compensation of $48,072–$50,015 per year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with tutoring, retention and/or advising campus roles.
• Experience with at-risk or diverse socioeconomic populations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Education or Business with relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, train, and supervise tutors and academic coaches.
• Staff the STEM-PLACE with math and science tutors.
• Coordinate delivery of coaching and tutoring services to CCC students.
• Manage tutoring reports, budgets, and student success metrics.
• Collaborate with faculty and campus departments to support student success.
• Track data and reports using the Starfish system and respond to flags.
